Age Sims Prematurely
Buy a birthday cake even before you Sims birthday & have them blow out the candles and they will age when they blow them out

Aging
Instead of using a cheat code to toggle "aging on" and "aging off" like
in The Sims 2, you can de-activate the age in "Options", then "Game
Options". When you uncheck the box next to "Aging", your Sims will no
longer grow older. You can also slow aging down by setting the
"Lifetime" bar. It can be set from 25 days to 960 days.

Avoid Death *The Sims 3*
Go to Pleasant Rest Graveyard and find the bush called "Death Flower
Bush" near the gate. Harvest the flower & keep it in your inventory.
If your Sim dies, that Sim will give that flower to the Grim Reaper
& be resurrected. Although the flower will not reappear there again,
if your Sim has level 7 Gardening they can plant the Unknown Special
Seeds found in the graveyard and some other places that have a chance to
grown as a Death Flower. *** Having the Green Thumb trait to revive the
plant may help.

note: "aging off" does not work with The Sims 3, instead of this cheat, you can simply disable it from Game Options.

Infinite Life by Disabling Aging
This is not really a cheat, but many may not notice that it is present
in the game so I felt it should be listed here. Go to the options menu
and head to the game options tab at the top of the window. Here you can
slide the Sims' lifespans bar all the way to the right to make their
life last for 900 days. Additionally, if you uncheck the enable aging
box, you will disable aging, your Sims will no longer age. Be careful,
this is not immortality in the basic sense. You can still die from fire
or electrocution. To help prevent this, be sure to install a smoke
detector in your Sim's home and if you get shocked while tinkering,
repairing, or upgrading an object don't go back to work for a while
because the second shock can kill your Sim.

Money $$$ Money
How to: Start writing novels on your computer. Write fiction
novels at first because they take the least amount of time. They will
not bring you little Simoleons at first. Over time, your skill will
automatically advance. When your skill is high enough you will be able
to write more novel types/genres. The most Simoleons can be made from
"Romance Novels". You will get royalties for six weeks once you finish a
book. With the "Writing" skill maxed out, you can make about 40,000
Simoleons every week, which is more than the 34,800 Simoleons you can
get by purchasing all neighborhood businesses, and takes less time to
achieve. In 3 game weeks you should have a very high speed writing, 9 or
10 novels as best sellers and 100,000 Simoleons. Start NOW!
